Required reading and forms for all RE families:

*Please note there are significant changes being made to the way Confirmation works this year. It is imperative that all families read this letter.

Guidelines/Policies for Registering for Religious Education:

• Starting age for Religious Education is Pre-K (4 years by August 1st).
• Families must be active registered members of The Catholic Center at UGA.
• Please register by completing all of the online forms below.
• Your Religious Education registration is not complete without your Religious Education tuition payment.

Sacramental Requirements:
First Communion/Confirmation candidates must have two years of consecutive sacramental Religious Education in order to receive the sacrament. Attendance is mandatory for all sessions to receive the sacraments, including a Confirmation and First Communion retreat.

Pre-K & Kindergarten

General Requirements:

• All RE Families must be active registered members of The Catholic Center.
  *An active registered member participates, contributes, and/or volunteers for the support of the church.

• First Communicants will need a copy of their baptismal certificate on the first day of class, if they were baptized at a different Catholic church.
• First Communion candidates must have two years of consecutive sacramental Religious Education in order to receive the sacrament. Attendance is mandatory for all sessions to receive the sacraments, including a First Communion retreat.
• When registering your child you will need to add an additional $20 fee for sacramental supplies.

Confirmation
