Religious Education: The Catholic Center offers Religious Education and Sacramental Preparation for children.
Guidelines/Policies for Registering for Religious Education:
- Starting age for Religious Education is Pre-K (4 years by August 1st).
- Families must be active registered members of The Catholic Center at UGA.
- Please register by completing all of the online forms below.
- Your Religious Education registration is not complete without your Religious Education tuition payment.
Religious Education Family and Confirmation Letter:
* Please note there are significant changes being made to the way Confirmation works this year, it is imperative that all families read this letter.
Sacramental Requirements:
First Communion/Confirmation candidates must have two years of consecutive sacramental Religious Education in order to receive the sacrament. Attendance is mandatory for all sessions to receive the sacraments, including a Confirmation and First Communion retreat.
*First Communicants will need a copy of their Baptismal certificate on the first day of class, if they were baptized at a different Catholic Church.
*Confirmation candidates will need both a copy of their Baptismal certificate and their First Communion certificate on the first day of class if their sacraments were received at a different Catholic Church.

Students registering for Grade 1 & Grade 2, Basic Faith Year 1 & 2, or Confirmation Year 1 & 2, will need to add an additional $20 fee for sacramental supplies.
All RE Families must be Active Registered Members of The Catholic Center.
*An active registered member participates, contributes, and/or volunteers for the support of the Church.
